Its fine for them to eat only one side in a feed. Just make sure you are switching which side every feed. Mine normally only eats from one, hge will only eat a little bit from the second one if hes really hungry.
One week old only takes one side during feedings
We are ebf and doing better than I did with big brother since he had a heart problem but I was wondering if it’s okay that she doesn’t take both sides while feeding she’ll eat from one side for about 15-20 minutes and is completely fine and then anywhere between an hour to 2 hours later will want to feed again.

I never switched sides during a feeding. My baby was always content after eating for 15-20 min on one side. 9 months old now with no issues! Trust your mom instinct!! I had pediatricians telling me I needed to switch sides and do another 15-20 min on the other side but my baby didn’t want it. He was still gaining about 6oz a week. I knew he was fine with what we were doing
