Very Sore Boobs

With my three miscarriages, my progesterone was low. I was on oral for my second and third, but my OB changed it to vaginal, as it’s supposed to be stronger. I’m also on metformin for PCOS and now low dose aspirin for lupus anticoagulant/antiphospholipid syndrome. I know the vaginal progesterone can cause sore breasts, but this month, they HURT. I’m 6dpo, but running last night my boobs hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I felt like I had to hold them in place with my arms it was so bad. Basically, my question is... could this be my month???
