Bulging bag of waters?

I had my last appointment before my induction on the 8th. The doc says I'm still 2cm from last week, but the baby is lower, my cervix is more anterior, and my bag of waters is bulging. Anyone have the bulging bag of waters thing and end up with their water breaking soon? I only have 8 days left so I'm in no hurry, but I'm curious because I've never been told that before with my first 2 kids.
