Wth is it!?

Question

I read both that it’s best to have sex a day before a day after ovulation. And now I’m reading its three days before ovulation. Like which one is it?
I had sex 2 days in a row before ovulation, the day of, and the day after. And still no luck at this point (1 year TTC) I’m just OVER IT.

The 1-2 days prior to ovulation, and ovulation day, are prime timing. You can do the day after, but your window is quickly closing at that point.

Have you tried vitex? I took it for one month and fell pregnant. Was ttc for 5months and it’s the only thing I did different last month. Check it out, I’d recommend
