I’m a month along and just found out, I recently went through a miscarriage and want to know if this is normal or if I should be worried??

It feels like a stomach ache, not quite like period cramping but I just feel bleh like my stomach is uncomfortable some back cramps... is this normal in early pregnancy?

Everything is starting to shift and make room for baby. Your uterus begins to move up as well. Round ligament pains can be annoying as well. Congrats.

The cramps and aches are normal. You uterus is growing and your organs are being moved to accommodate baby. Nothing to stress over drink lots of water (dehydration can cause cramps) and take Tylenol as well. Start getting a heat pad for your back it will be a life saver or take nice warm/hot shower. If the pain gets worse or you experiment heavy flow bleeding with clots then call your obgyn or go to the urgent care. However, you should be all fine my love
