I’ve been loosing multiple pieces like this, I’m a fingertip dilated and 40weeks. Are these pieces of my mucus plug

Been looking mine for the past two to three weeks. I’m still closed and long in my cervix. It can regenerate. But I hope for you... being 40 weeks that it is labour coming.
