So I recently took 2 tests and came out positive and I told my doctor and they took blood test and I was but my levels were normal and I went in today again to see if my levels were elevating normally but yesterday night I started to spot and the bleeding got heavier. It’s weird am I having a miscarriage or just a weird coincidence? I have no cramping at all.

If your level are increasing like they should be it would indicate your not having a miscarriage yet. Bleeding is common in early pregnancy, so it could just be “breakthrough bleeding” and your fine. I would continue to get levels drawn and make sure they continue to rise. As long as hcg and progesterone levels are good you not going through miscarriage.
