TMI- Is this a sac?!

Long story short I started my period on Tuesday, by Tuesday night I was having excruciating pain in my pelvic area, so bad I almost passed out! I didn’t get much sleep but I woke up the next morning to use the restroom and this came out! This looks nothing like my normal clotting and the pains I had was nothing like my regular period cramps so I’m not sure what the hell it is. I’ve been looking all over the net as well as this app and seen that it could possibly be a miscarriage, unfortunately I’m unable to see my OB until Monday! Someone help!
