Question about early pregnancy ...

I tested positive yesterday at 9DPO. During the night I had a dull cramp on my left side and felt it into my legs. I have 2 kids but I don’t remember any of this early pregnancy stuff 😩

I had a chemical last month so I’m trying to be cautiously optimistic this month.
