Just put the hole on your nipple and pump.. warm you breast up first with your hand to get the milk going x

I'm sorry, I have no experience with this but I know anytime I need to see something done if I do a quick search on YouTube there's a huge chance there is someone there to show you. You could even try searching your particular pump. Good luck.

Some people don't respond to manual pumps maybe try hand expression or an electric pump for a stronger suction. At first I responded well to a manual then after awhile I didn't then I just nursed my baby or expressed
