Period keeps coming 2 days early

Hey everyone so I’ve had regular periods forever . And in December it was 4 days late I believe due to stress . But now they’ve been starting light and coming 2 days earlier (then get heavier of course) and this happened last month and this month . I’m still getting clots and filling pads and haven’t had sex since October .

I have anxiety so changes are hard for me is this normal ?
