First time TTC after getting IUD taken out.

I’ve had a couple pregnancy symptoms in the last week or so. Sore, achey breasts, feeling bloated and tired, light cramping, and 1 day of light spotting which I figured might be attributed to implantation bleeding. My period would be due this weekend, so I took 2 early detection tests 2 days ago and they both came back negative.

With my first 2 kids, I tested early as well and both came back positive right away.

Should I test again tomorrow morning or just wait it out and see if I get my period??
