Baby measuring small?

Was anyone told that their baby was measuring small but still go on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby ? What does this mean? I am going to have a follow up appointment soon but I have gotten obsessed with tracking calories and nutrients ever since I was told that.

Yes with my daughter.  We were told that she was small and they were concerned about her growth.  They told us she wouldn't even be 6lbs at birth.  Everything ended up being ok and she was 7.77lbs.  We had a few extra ultrasounds after the anatomy one to keep an eye on her growth. At the 20 week ultrasound she was in the 14th percentile.  12th percentile at 26 weeks. 19th at the 30 week one. They were very surprised she went up in percentile

Could be genetics. Also depends if they mean by length or weight. Length is accurate but weight estimates can be up to a 1lb off. Another mom who was due around the time I was was told her baby didnt weigh enough. Our babies ended up being born at the same weight and her baby wasnt small.

my baby was behind by 4 days i think which my doctor said was completely normal, she said the only time they worry is if the baby is 14 days or more behind
