Pelvic Floor Dyfunction Diagnosis

Hello!

I’ve ignored my vaginal health since I was 18, lack of insurance and knowledge of women’s health took into that.

I’m 22 now, finally got myself insurance and an OB/GYN

Yesterday I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

While I’m relieved to finally have answers, I’m so nervous about my physical therapy!

Has anyone been diagnosed with this and tell me how well it worked out for them? I just want to get a feel for it 😊

I’ll also be getting the Mirena IUD and I heard it works great for women like me
