Implantation Bleeding?

Hi all! I’m currently 12dpo and due for my period at the beginning of next week. I had light pink spotting only when I wiped. I’ve also had mild headaches (which I usually don’t get) and have been blowing my nose a lot (I’ve seen where some women get excess mucus before they miss their period). I’ve also had very light cramps. Could this be implantation bleeding?
