18+1 and no “feelings” of pregnancy?

I’m 18+1 today. I’ve lost about 15lb since the beginning of my pregnancy, I have no round belly, and I haven’t felt kicks. It’s as if I don’t even have a baby in there but I’m sick all the time. Baby is fine and healthy according to the doctor, I’m just emotionally having a rough time with it.
Anyone else going through this?

Totally normal and happened to me!

Totally normal! Baby is so teeny tiny in the first two trimesters. The most of their weight gain happens in the third. I didn’t have even a little belly until I was 24 weeks and I wasn’t noticeably pregnant until 30 weeks. 
You’ll probably start feeling kicks sometime between 20-24, but it likely won’t be consistent until 28 weeks. It’s totally easier said than done, but try not to stress! For me the anxiety goes way down after the anatomy scan which is around 20 weeks. So you’ve only got a few more weeks to go! ❤️
