We offered 15k over on a house today and still didn’t get it. We are planning to sign a purchase agreement on Monday with a builder as long as we are one of the first ones “in line”. Anyone else house hunting? It’s crazy out there. I’m worried we won’t get in with the builder and be back searching for a home 🥺
