BODY TRANSFORMATION! How Do I Get Started?

A little background:

I'm 21 and in college and lately, I've been feeling really down about my body. I often wake up feeling groggy and just generally not great within myself. I'm about 5'7" and 160 - 165 pounds. I have a nice sized butt (really jiggly and squished in jeans/tight bottoms but huge in leggings). My belly is also pretty big and so I wear mostly baggy tops.

I've recently been considering going on a body transformation journey but I have no idea how to get started. Any advice? I'm open to fitness programs, diet recommendations, exercise routines etc.
