10 days late with PCOS

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS Hashimoto’s and uterine scarring, My OBGYN doesn’t think I’m ovulating since I haven’t had a full period since giving birth a year ago. I’ve had spotting but only after taking birth control/on the sugar pills. It was easy to get pregnant the first time but now I have so much going on that I’m sure I’m not pregnant just wondering what effect my new diagnoses will have on my cycles and chances to get pregnant naturally.
