Not my first ivf

On October 2019 I ended up pregnant through ivf of my little boy. It was a first time success! Decided to do ivf cause I have blocked tubes. I ended up with 11 embryos one resulting my lo with a fresh transfer and have 10 left. We decided to get pregnant again and did second time ivf with a frozen embryo of course. I didn’t have to take any trigger shots only thing I’m taking is estrogen and progesterone shots. I had my transfer on Thursday when can I do a pregnancy test?? And what are my chances of getting a false positive if any? Or false negative. Or it is what it is. Since I’m not taking any meds?
