Good afternoon ladies! Im in the early stages of my pregnacy and I was in Walmart standing in line and and started to feel hot and my heart started beating really fast and I thought I was going down. I had to sit down and thankfully I didn't pass out. Is this normal in early pregnancy? Should I be concerned? If it is normal how often does it happen? Thanks ladies!
