Getting off Nuva Ring

Hi, I just got off Nuva Ring in January, after being on it for a consistent 7 years, I’m 36, and my husband and I are finally TTC. Anyone have luck with getting pregnant soon after getting off the Nuva Ring? I got my period pretty on time according to this app, so I don’t think I’m having irregularities, but what do you guys think about fertility pills? I hear different things.
