It doesn't matter at all for TTC. You don't have to lay down either. As long as he ejaculates inside your vagina, the sperm will go where it needs to go within seconds. I always get up straight away to clean up so I don't get a UTI and I've gotten pregnant 8 times 🤷🏼‍♀️

Any position will do, you do not need to lay there afterwards either. Sperm reaches the cervix in seconds.

You need to pee after sex to avoid a uti. Sperm will be where it needs to before you’re even up and peeing anyway.
