Tmi (bowel movement)

Okay so I went to go number 2 , it was a little bit painful I wiped and everything normal but when I looked to flush it had a red tinge in part of it (sorry tmi) but I wasn't sure if it was blood or a red tinge but I'm absolutely positive that I'm not bleeding vaginally , any ideas on what it could be ?
