Inducing labor
I am having to be induced this week gor medical reasons but I really want to go naturally can we tell me some ways to get labor started. I am dilated but only to 1 maybe 2. I ha e heard of cinnamon stick tea, sex, spicy food anyone had any of these work or got other ideas
