Not as an excuse to be rude. Everyone is moody. But don’t blame your period if you’re being rude to your spouse. Deal with your emotions like an adult.

Absolutely! Especially if you are on birth control because it is pumping hormones into you so you may not react in a way you usually do.  That sometimes happens to me and I have to tell my SO “I know I’m overreacting but right now it’s how I feel” then he knows I just want to be comforted and that we will have a more level headed conversation about whatever it is at a later time
