Trouble Sleeping
What are some things you guys do to put your LO to sleep? Or some sleep routines. My daughter stays up past 12am most nights and I don’t even understand how. It’s honestly a lot of trouble putting her to sleep. We have the same routine every night, I start to try to out her down around 8/9. She barely takes naps, 1 a day for less than 2 hours or none at all. And she only sleeps until 10am the latest.
