Hospital visit && Paranoid

So 11/30 me and my fiancé had a verbal disagreement which turned physical , I have no one else to vent to so anyways i wind up falling down the steps and thrown over the furniture while being chocked a few times 😪...  I suddenly felt sharp pains which put me into the hospital mind u I'm 5W2D n I doctors said bby is ok but im so scared I may miscarry down the line.... I cn really use some encouraging words because he has no apologized for his actions or his words n I'm so hurt trying not to stress
