House Hunting

Hey everyone!

My husband and I are looking for our first house. We’re still very early in the process and have a phone appointment with a lender on Wednesday to see what we’ll be approved for. My husband doesn’t think we’ll be approved for anything at all which is making me incredibly nervous.

We have a house we’re interested in but without the meeting with the lender, I don’t know if we can afford it. I was hoping to get some words of encouragement that didn’t include crap like “leave it in god’s hands!” (🙄) which is probably what I’d get in other groups.
