Collecting colostrum at 30+ weeks

Hello all, was just looking into something as I am leaking like crazy... I am 30 weeks with my second, which will be a scheduled csection. I had zero supply with my first, and was never able to produce more than an ounce total at a time- we gave up at 4 weeks.

To add: I syringe fed my first colostrum for the first 3 days in the hospital, and breastfed on demand. By day 5 we had to supplement due to jaundice- I was simply producing nothing.

I am leaking drops of colostrum and looks like I can collect and freeze, in a syringe. I know not to use an electric or manual pump- can collect same day 2-3 times then freeze. Does anyone have any experience or advice here? Hoping to be slightly more successful this time! :)
