Day naps
Hi all. 19 month old still has two naps a day but for the past week she wakes up after an hour crying for at least 10mins before going back to sleep for 50mins.
Is this happening to anyone else? Could it be a sign she wants to transition to just one nap? She sleeps 10am until 12pm and then again at 2pm til 4pm.
Any suggestions welcome! :)
