Miscarriage advice

I've been diagnosed with missed misscarriage on Friday. I had a scan the week before that and then again on Friday. The progress wasn't enough they said, so I will be miscarrying. Going by guidelines, what they saw wasn't enough to make the diagnosis so I find it very hard to accept it.

Anyway, I've been having little cramps here and there the past 5 weeks like it's normal in early pregnancy. And I'm still having them now. I'm confused how I can still have growing pains if my babies apparently stopped growing. First I thought it was the start of the miscarriage. But it's been 4 days now and still no bleeding but I do have light cramps here and there.

When does the bleeding start? I'm in such a limbo
