Pre term labor :(

I'm currently 28 weeks and 5 days with baby number 3 (baby number 2 just turned 1 and was born at 36 & 5) and was having contractions. I have been in the hospital for 2 days now and on meds to stop contractions. Cervix is still measuring long. I do have a uti and yeast infection which could be the cause to all this. I'm waiting for results to come back from fetal fibronectin test and one more cervical length check, if all is good then I can go home. Just wondering if anyone else had similar situations and when did baby end up coming?
