Newborn tips?

Question

Any tips for a 17yo teen mom. Baby is due in July, and I just want to know any tips that helped any of you. I also plan to breastfeed so do I need bottles? And also what to buy for my room, he will share a room with me I will be splitting my room in half.

Yes get bottles and make sure you get your insurance to cover your breast pump. Ask your doctor about that, they can help you get it figured out!
For bottles, I would get a couple different brands but a lot of people have success with dr.brown bottles. 
For your room, get a pack n play. They function as a bassinet for the early days and as a crib. If you can fit a rocking chair, great! If not, get a workout ball you can bounce/rock on that you can easily move out of your room. 
Remember to ask for help often as babies are overwhelming in the beginning for moms who aren’t teenagers so since you have a little more stacked on your plate, ask for as much help as you can!
Remember, these days go so fast. It may have its hard moments but it has so many beautiful moments too. You’re no less of a mother because your journey started young. Take lots of deep breaths, sleep when baby sleeps if you can, showery every day, don’t forget to feed yourself too and take lots of pictures. You’ll want to remember how sweet and innocent they were, especially when they’re 3 and hit you with that hard core attitude 😉
