Prenatal Vitamins
I have just started taking prenatal vitamins. After doing some research I decided to go with GNC Prenatal Formula with DHA. The directions say to "take three softgel capsules daily with food." This might seem dumb, but it is my first time TTC, does anyone know if they mean 3 different times a day or all together?
