Late period & BFN

It would be my luck that AF is late the month we are starting fertility treatment. Bloodwork on 3rd day, insemination, etc...

We have been TTC for 3+ years. My cycle is regular. I’m not typically 5 days late. My breasts are always super engorged and sore. The only sign of AF is a bit of bubbling happening in my abdomen. I Try to think of anything I’ve done different...And all I could come up with is that I’ve eaten a ton of clementines in the last month or so.

Took 2 Amazon pregmate tests this morning and yesterday , but negative.

AHHH!!! INSIGHTS?! 😦
