Please give me answers 🤔🤔

I need advice on birth controls. I have unbearable cramps so I've been on the pills for years but the problem is I always forget, and  so I got on the depo shot and it was good until the ending of my third month, I get light cramps and random periods. So I'm looking for new options to review with my doctor that I don't have to take everyday.
