Huge dose of antibiotics and lack of appetite

I knew to take my azythromycin after eating, and I did. But in the chaos of today I forgot that my “meals” are very small compared to a normal ass humans daily meals because I don’t have much of an appetite due to Metformin.

Yeah I’m sick as shit, nauseas and tingly and can’t shake this feeling. Yes, I ate more food. Yes I drank more water.

It says 500 mg tablet, and I got two tablets

So I don’t know it’s 500 each pill or 500 together. It directed me to take both at the same time, so I did just that.

I am so beyond sick right now. Im trying to not vomit. How can I help myself? It says on the bottle to not take antacids... so tums or pepto, can’t have that.
