Blood in urine

Hi im wondering if anyone has ever experienced blood and little clots when peeing? I just gad a UTI and I thought I was getting over it and now after driving for 3 hours I held my pee a little long like 45 min and as soon as I went, it was dreadful pain at the end along with some blood.. I sat for a good 20 mjn before I could get up and lay down
