How do you log night sweats?

I really think Glow needs a "night sweat" symptom. Hot flashes immediately give advise on menopause, but night sweats are different and can be common in early pregnancy/the pre.mensteual period.

The reason I ask is that night sweats was a thing during both of my pregnancies (my angle baby and my rainbow baby), and are not somethkng I seem to experience any other time.  They actually feel so gross 🤢 Doesn't matter how cold I keep the room or how little blankets I use 
Just feel like there should be a better option in app.
