Acupuncture for ivf support?

Has anyone tried acupuncture for fertility and ivf support? I’ve had three failed embryo transfers and planning a final ivf round in April or May. I’m nearly 42 so I think this will be my last shot at it

Yes! I’ve been doing acupuncture since October. Did it the day before our transfer and the day of our transfer (a few hours later) we are 7w5d pregnant!

Hi! I recommend it!! I also had three failed transfers and added in acupuncture for my 4th transfer and it was successful. I started around 4 weeks before my transfer, I went one time a week for one hour sessions. Then the day of my transfer I did a session directly before transfer and directly after. She was allowed to do that in my clinic. I really attribute some of my success to acupuncture. I hope this helps! Wishing you luck and positivity on your journey!

Thanks everyone. I’ve started once a week until ivf round in May. Also taking Chinese herbs for ivf support. Will update end of May I guess 😊

I did acupuncture at retrieval and transfer, and I got pregnant - MMC at 11 weeks but still. I recommend! Why not?!

I totally believe in acupuncture!  I did it with both my successful Ivf cycles.  They both took first tries and were day 3 embryos

Hi ! Three of my girlfriends who did ivf got pregnant when adding acupuncture and keto diet during their ivf. I started acupuncture this month while I did iui and I got a positive tonight :) idk if it had anything due to me but all I know is I never felt so calm before while ttc. I would give it a try. Good luck
