Archiving texts

Hi girls

I just want an opinion, please don’t judge and take it easy as I am a bit fragile.

Last night my other half went to work mates house, and had a few drinks. He said only for a couple hours but he was there for about 4 which is fine.

This morning I looked at his phone and noticed he had a text hidden from his brother - second time this happened. His brother asked him if he had done tackle... I’ve googled what tackle is and apparently it’s a nickname for cocaine.

My partner replied nah fuck that

But he hid the chat anyway, and he’s deleted all old texts from him. He never does that

He’s literally got texts from years ago ...

I’ve spoken to him this morning and asked if he is okay or anything hiding he said nah

Now he feels like I don’t trust him

I trust him with every aspect but his brother. His bro uses weed/coke and I hate it. Weeds ok once in a while.

Feel like he encourages him to do stuff like that and I want the best for him.

I don’t write this out of no trust, I write this out of worry and concern.

What should I do? Should I say I read his text? I feel like I’m worrying over nothing tbf but just need clarification

He’s suppose to come and see my family today, I told him yesterday take it easy we’re seeing my dad and today he’s been like dunno I’m knackered. Cus he was on the piss last night. I said fuck ya self I’ll go on my own then :) but he said fine I’ll come so that’s sorted

I want to text him but he’s at work so probs wait til he’s back to say something
