Getting period back.

What symptoms did you guys get before getting your period back? I haven’t had a period since last December since I’m exclusively pumping. The last week I’ve had back pain, and ovary pain, change in appetite and some cramping. No spotting or any other sign I’m gonna start bleeding. Could this go on for awhile while my cycle regulates? I had a dip in my supply for a few days last week, and worked really hard to get it back up.

What happened to you guys when you finally got it back?
