Chiropractor or pregnancy massage?

I have never been to the chiropractor my whole life. I’ve had massages in the past but not a pregnancy massage. My hips, knee, & lower back bother me. My bones are also kind of cracky. I’m 24+3.

I love going to the chiropractor while pregnant. I was advised by my midwife to do it to ensure my pelvis was aligned for an easier birth. My favorite part was the table! You get to lay on your belly because they have a trap door table that flaps down for your baby belly to fit. It's fabulous! I always feel better after I leave too lol

I'm going to both this time as soon as the nausea subsides. With my first I had massage every month and it was the best thing ever. ❤️

My midwife for my 3rd pregnancy suggested a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy care. The person she recommended was an actual Doctor, and a chiropractor, and specialized in pregnancy and post-pregnancy care. LOVED HER!! When I started going to her, it was a TON of other pregnant women there and I had no idea it was even a thing. I’m glad I went. I also went post-birth a few times as well.

My OB said absolutely not to a chiropractor... and believe me, I could use i due to spinal problems from a car accident. She suggested acupuncture, though. So that may be a good idea. Your spine adjusts during pregnancy, which is probably why you’re feeling the way you do. I would not be messing with it.
