Period 12 days late (junel fe)

So I’ve been on birth control, Junel Fe, for about 6 months now due to wanting to control my hormonal acne and avoid getting pregnant. My boyfriend and I have sex very often but he (almost) always pulls out. We had a little oopsie on Valentine’s Day but because I’m on birth control we didn’t really worry about it. My period is now 12 days late. On day 4-6 of being late I took 3 pregnancy tests but they all came back negative. I called my GYNO and the nurse said sometimes birth control can make you miss periods. I just feel off- not really traditional pregnancy symptoms but I keep getting extremely mild ‘cramps’ in my uterus every once in a while but no period. Is this normal? Should I take another pregnancy test? Has anybody else missed due to BC? on I’ve never ever missed a period longer than 2 days.
