Anyone feel sad or depressed?

I sometimes just feel like crying for no reason. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I don't remember ever feeling this sad with my previous pregnancies. I have a great family I just feel like I'm alone and I'm not sure why if I know its not the case. I am 10 weeks 4 days

I get overwhelmed by everything sometimes. It went away on second trimester, but now I'm 37 weeks it'd come back.

It's the hormones. It will get better. Try to find distractions with the other kids or maybe try positive affirmations. Even talking to someone you trust will help. I hope you feel better soon
