I wonder if anyone can give me any words of advice. I’m really struggling and have no idea what to do but wait it out...

We got a gorgeous Labrador in September 2020 and we all absolutely adore him. But since falling pregnant (currently 13w2d) I find the smell of him truly repulsive 🤢 my husband and 9 year old son say they don’t think he smells, and before falling pregnant I didn’t feel like he smelled at all. But now I’m struggling to let him even sit near me or if it’s particularly bad, to even be in the same room as him. I feel so guilty and sad for him because he just doesn’t understand and I don’t want to avoid being near him, he’s a part of our family and I don’t want to cause issues further down the line.

Has anyone else ever experienced the smell of their pets triggering their nausea/sickness and is there anything I can do to make this even slightly better?

Ps. He is fed a raw diet so his breath etc doesn’t smell and he is groomed regularly including using doggy cologne.
