13 dpo today! Spotting..

I am 13 dpo today! I had on work done yesterday, my hcg was 55 and progesterone 47. Today when I wiped I have a little bit of brown blood that was mixed in with my cm. Is this something I should call my OB office about? First time mom here and want to make sure I’m on my P’s and Q’s! Thank you!
