Pregnant

Hello guys I found out I was pregnant two days before my missed period and I went to the emergency twice due to pain but my hcg levels did more then double which is good . But I have pain in my upper stomach and I’m constipated is that normal ? The app states I’m 4weeks and 4 days and based off the hcg levels doctors think the same. Have not yet had an ultrasound as well so I’m wondering if there’s something to help with my issue
