Wondering if yiu mommas would feel comfortable getting a prenatal massage because of the virus?? My back and legs have been killing me I was hoping to get some relief but I’m so paranoid of getting the virus... 😔 my husband tries but it’s not the same lol

I had one 2 weeks ago and it was fine. I wore a mask and so did the therapist. While it was relaxing, it wasn’t nearly as nice as a regular massage in my opinion since they have you lay on your side. Just didn’t seem like a “full” massage experience to me ☹️

I love in a low risk area and have been going to get a massage and see the chiropractor since 17 weeks.

I’ve been getting one every three weeks since 28 weeks.
Would highly recommend. It’s helped me relax and relieve pain.
But also I am in Australia and coronavirus isn’t an issue here.

I've been going monthly since 8 weeks, once I hit 24 weeks, I switched to every two weeks and added chiro with it. Luckily my massage girl has a maternity pillow so I can still lay on my belly too 😍 so worth it.

I got one a month ago and have another appt tomorrow! I’m 34 weeks and felt very comfortable going. Therapist had her mask on the entire time and everything was very clean! They have a pregnancy pillow that has a cutout for belly and boobs. It was great!!

I bought a roller massager that you can use on your back legs and shoulder for $5 at 5 below and was shocked after 1 use my pain was gone. It may be a good alternative to going to a masseuse￼

I have gotten one, to me it’s no different than attending my doctors office - sitting on the table there or in the waiting room or going grocery shopping.
